My Skin & Body Clinic Returns Policy

Domestic

Free Shipping for all orders $150 or above (sent as Standard Post). For orders under $150:

  • Standard Post $10. Received within 7 business days *
  • Express Post $15. Received within 3 business days *

*Shipping times vary depending on location.

We hope you will be happy with your products. If you are not completely happy, we do accept returns according to the below conditions, provided the original product is received back to us within 30 days of purchase and is under 20% used. To process a return, please email us at info@myskinandbody.com.au and quote your order number.

Please keep your original packaging to avoid return postage charges.

Once returned products have been received, a refund will be processed via the same method by which you made the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns Due To Skin Reaction

The products we stock are medical grade and it is important to always use products as directed by a skin specialist. If you purchase a product that does not suit your skin type and wish to return it, You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to us.

In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and call us on 03 8376 4414

  • Contact us immediately it a reaction occurs and provide proof (photos ).
  • We will authorise the return and supply a satchel for you to return the product
  • Once we receive the product back, we will process the refund or supply replacement.

Damaged Goods

Whilst we do our best with packaging unfortunately sometimes products get damaged on delivery. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged for a refund or replacement to apply.

  • We require photos as proof of the damage products
  • We will supply a satchel for you to return the products.
  • Once we receive the damaged products, we will process the refund or supply replacement.
